The ship Hollinwood, bound from Newcastle to San Francisco, with a cargo of coal, pub into Lytteiton to-day with her cargo boated. During the afternoon, Capb. Willis, surveyor to Lloyds', and Captain Gibson held a survey of tho ship. Tho hatches were sealed, and thermometers placed in various positions. There will be an examination to-morrow, when future action will be decided upon.

[The Hollinwood is a stool four-masted ship, of 2673 tons. She was built in 1889 by T. Rjydeii and Sons, of Liverpool, and is owned by Mac Vicar, Marshall, and Co,, of the same port. She arrived at Newcastle from London in ballast, on November 10, and loaded with coal for Sail Francisco, sailing on December 10.]
