We need scarcely say that the enterprise will be of ereat and immediate benefit to the Kauri Timber Compiny. Some of the block? contain valuable kauri timber, and these are not to bo prospected for ii time. The arrangements with re>pect to this company have evidently been fully and carefully made, as we are informed in the cable message that, it has already been privately subscribed.
