There will be Christmas services at St. Peter's Presbyterian Church, when the Sunday-school children will sing special hymns, assisted by ton Church choir. The Rev. F. W. The .Young Men's Christian Association's Christmas evangelistic service will be held in the City Hall, to-morrow evening, when Kldresses will be given by Mr. G. Morgan' of Te Ante Motive College. The annual collection will be taken up, .and as the Association incurs a good deal of expense in carrying on these services it is to be hoped there will be a liberal response to the annual appeal. Mr. Button, at the Y.M.C.A. to-morrow afternoon, will give some "Christmas 1 noughts.
