A meeting of delegates to the W&ipa: Cricket Association was held at Ohaupo on Tuesday evening, when the following clubs were represented Alexandra, by Messrs. Aubin and Delany; Cambridge. Messrs. McDcrmott and Tennant; Hamilton, Messrs. Bnxtou and Hammond; Te Awamutn, Messrs. Missen and Potts; Tuhikaramea, Messrs. S. Reid and A. Livingstone. The Taupiri Club was not represented. Mr. McDermott > was voted to the chair. A! communication was received from the ] Thames, stating that they would be j sending a team up to the Waikato during the Christmas holidays, and it was suggested that a match be arranged at Hamilton for December 27, between the visitors and a team to be picked from the Taupiri, Tuhikaramea, and Hamilton Clubs, and on the 28th, at Cambridge, against a team to be picked from the Cambridge, Te Awa-j inutu, and Alexandra Clubs.
