I, Dennis Giirooro MacDonnell, do solemnly and sincerely declare that— 1. I am the Manager of the said (Intended Company. 2. The above statement is, to tho best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular. And I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, (intituled The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882. D. The prospectus of this Claim has been printed, and will be issued this day by Mr. C. B. Stone, at his Office, Queen-street. The capital is 100,000 Shares, at Ss, nil paid up, divided as follows :— 10 Shares resorvod to the Company, •10 Shares to be offered to the public at £30. 60 Shares reserved by the promoters. Out of the proceeds of the sale of Shares to the public, £200 to be paid to the vendors for survey fees, prospecting, and other expenses, the balance, £050, less brokerage, goes towards working the Mine. The Claim consists of 40 acres, adjoining the V.utekanri No. 4 and Golden Lead on one side, the Jubilee, W.iitekauri South, and Ellen Success S.C. which has been lately floated in England) on the other side. Two reefs, giving very fair prospects, have been opened up in this ground. One of tho Ellen reefs (supposed to pass through this ground) has been tested with the following results: Five tons at K.ngland gavo £12 per ton, one ton at School of Mines gave £19 Is per ton, and three tons treated at the ordinary battery gave 6oz 14dwt«etortedgo!d. These facts, together with the knowledge of the splendid locality of this valuable piece of ground, should make it a safe investment for capital. TTASTINOS S. C. (T A P U).
