Acceptances in connection with the Avondale Jockey Club's Meeting close to-night, at nine o'clock. , , . Professor Van Buskirk, the champion fairplay horse trainer and breaker, from Detroit, Michigan, U.S., gave an exhibition at Mr. Morley's stables, Durham-street, yesterday, in she presence of several experts and others as to how, by the use of his invented gear, he could subdue or control the most_ fractious colt or horse however vicious ; his system is void of any cruelty or use of chemicals, and so far as could be judged is a marked step in advance of the old system; and its extreme simplicity is undoubtedly _ its greatest recommendation. A baulky, kicking, shying, jibbing, bucking horse, or any other vice, being under immediate control by the Professor's methods and gear. By his system it is just an easy to break or tram a colt or horse in a road or paddock as in a shed. He is about to open a school of instruction, the date of which will be duly advertised. The Professor's modus operandi created a most favourable impression.
