Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company will be held at the Office, 28, Shortland-street, Auckland, on THURSDAY, 19th September, 1895, at 2.30 p.m. Business: v To authorise the Directors to sell or dispose of .the Company's Mine and Property in such manner and upon such terms as the Directors may think fit, and to empower the Directors to execute such deeds and transfers as may be necessary for the effectuating of such sale or disposition, and also to consider the following resolution, of which due notice has been given : That the present Company be dissolved and re-floated Into a No-liability Company, with a capital of £7500 in 76,000 shares of two shillings each, of which 87,500 shall be allotted to the holders of shares in the . present Company, and 37,WJ shall be placed on the market 6d each, the whole of the proceeds, less brokerage, to be applied to the development of the Mine.
