London, May 27. In the course of a sermon, yesterday, Dr. Parker, the well-known Congregational divine, urged that England should attack Turkey and free Armenia from her bonds. The rev. gentleman said it would be a most holy and righteous war. Paris, May 27. The Armenian delegates, who are at present in Paris, have appealed to the Great Powers themselves to appoint European High Commissioners.
