Washington, May 10. It is reported in Honolulu that the Earl of Kiraberley, Secretary oE State for Foreign Affairs, protests against the sentences passed on Richards and Walker, two Englishmen, charged with complicity in the Hawaiian revolt, on the grounds that they are British subjects. The Hawaiian Government claims that both are naturalised, and offers to submit the dispute to arbitration.
