London, March 21. The Radical newspapers fear that Lord Rosebery contemplates resigning the Premiership at an early date owing to ill health.
London, March 22. It is officially announced that Lord Rosebery does not intend to resign.
The Lancet says that neither driving nor walking in the country has had the effect of removing Lord Rosebery's insomnia, and his fortitude under the circumstances is remarkable.
