[BY TRliKOßApH.—press association.] DtJNKDiM, Wednesday. The 1. 0.0. P. Grand Lodge, meeting decided to apply £401 from funeral funds surplus towards placing the management fund in a sound condition, and also to take 5 per cent, annually from accrued interest on the balance of surplus towards working expenses. It was resolved to seb up a special committee to readjust the electoral districts. It was decided to procure a sec of jewels for the grand lodge officers and representatives; to vote £10 to the Boyd Memorial ; and to set up a committee to collect data for the completion of the history of the order. It was resolved to place on record the Grand Lodge's high appreciation of the services rendered by Brother R. E. Piggott, Auckland, and to regret that after 25 years' service he had retired from office. The election of officors resulted as follows :— Grandmaster, Brother P. Wills (Wellington), Deputy Grandmaster, Brother J. T. Higgins (Dunedin); Grand Warden, Brother A. J. Rankin (Invercargill), Grand secretary, Brother Wm. Reid (Dunedin); Grand treasurer, Brother J. H. Alexander (Dunedin) ; trustees, Brothers Braithwaite, Michie, and Lindsay.
