DEATH OF A FRENCH EDITOR. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Paris, March 1. M. Percher, editor of the Journal Egyptien, published fin Cairo, who secretly prompted the Khedive in his recent fractiousness, has been killed in a duel with M. Chattelier, a mining engineer. They had a dispute over the colonial question, and a duel was arranged, M. Pereher being stabbed in the lung. He died in a minute.
