RUSSIAN FLOUR TRADE.
Press Association— Telegraph.— St. Petersburg, February 4. At a congress of millers it was resolved to export flour only to Great Britain, Egypt, Asia Minor, and places on the shores of the Black Sea and the Mediterranean.
