The English wheat market has a downward tendency; the Continental is weak and declining, and the American is weak and changing a little for the worse. Three mouths bills are discounted at £ to 1 per cent.

LONDON mooti SALES. 1 London, February 3. At the wool sale*, medium selection is slow of sale.
