At a meeting of creditors of the Manuka, Timber Company, in liquidation, held yesterday afternoon, in Palmerfton Buildings, the voting; for the appointment of a coliquidator to act with Mr. Forsdick, resulted as follows For Mr. Isaacs, six creditors, representing £2686; for Mr. Batts, 14 creditors, representing £555 3s. The meeting decided to leave tho Supremo Court to decide which of these should be appointed. J. Sheahan, Warden; Chas. Grant, Guardian ;J. T. O'Brien, Sick Visitor; P. O. Kane, Assistant Secretary J. J. O'Brien and Jas. Smith, Auditors; Drs. Lewis, King, and Darby, Medical Attendants.
