The Band of Hope Union has arranged for a sooial evening at Wesley Hall on Tuesday or all who have at any time signed the pledge no matter whether kept or not. Brief addresses will be given by workers who took part in the formation of the first union in 1865, and musical selections will be provided, Miss A. Rimmer and other friends having kindly promised to assist. Opportunity will be afforded of testimony and social intercourse. Mr. T. Harle Giles and Mr. 0. F. Baxter, M.A., Principals ot St. Andrew's College, announce that the third term of St. Andrew's College and High School for Boys will begin on Tuesday, September 18.
