Personal. _ JOHN ALEXANDER (DECEASED).— Pursuant to a Judgment of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice made in the matter of the estate of John Alexander (deceased), and in an action, Swauston and Another v. Alexander and Another, 1893, A. No. 253, the Creditors of John Alexander, late of No. 47, Por. Chester Terrace, Bayswater, in the County of Middlesex, Esquire, who died on the 29th day of Julv, 1877, are on or before the (sth day of August, 1894, to send by post (prepaid) to us, the undersigned, Messrs. Irvine, Hodges, and Borrowman, or St. Olave's . Rectory, B,.Hart-street, Mark Lane, in the City of London, the solicitors for the Plaintiffs. John Alexander Swanston and Cecil Donald Robertson, the Trustees of the estate of the deceased, their Christian and Surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, a statement; of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said judgment. Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before Mr. Justice Stirling, at his Chambers, the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, Loudon, on WKDN KSDAY, the Sth day of August, 1894, at twelve o'clock at noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims.
