MAGISTRATES COURT.-Fbidat. [Before Mr. H. W. Korthcroft, 5.K1.1 Judgment Summons Cases.—A'"number of judgment debtor summons cases were called ana adjourned to various dates. In the following cases orders were made, the defendants not appearing to show cause :—James Etchell Yates v. William Hay Chapman. Ordered to Day £26 9a on or before the 4th Mey, or in default one month's imprisonment. " Archibald Rykers v. Thomas O'Brien; ordered to pay £6 17s 6d on or before the 4th May, or in default seven days' imprisonment. James Close v. Mbs. L. Frasek,.—This was an action to recover £113s lOd for goods supplied. Defendant did not appear. Mr. Burton appeared for the plainufl, and the debt having been proved by plaintiffs clerk judgment was given tor the amount daimed and costs 6s. .
