London, April 5. A man named Meunier and another Anarchist have been arrested in London on suspicion of being concerned in the explosion in the Cafe Very in 1892. Meunier was on the point of leaving for Antwerp, and was only arrested after a desperate struggle. It is believed in Paris that the bomb which exploded in the Cafe Foyot yesterday was to be placed in the Senate building, but the explosion took place prematurely. A number of guests in the Cafe were injured, including Maillaide the Anarchist poet, Rome, April 6. The Emperor of Germany, and King Humbert of Italy, have arranged to meet at Venice to discuss the best means for the repression of anarchy. Paris, April 6. Forty arrests have been made in connection with the bomb explosion in the Cafe Foyot, opposite the Senate.
