Sinclair, Mr. Carr, Mr. Rapson, and Mr. Cosgrave, all of which Mr. Mussey answered in a straightforward manner, and presumably to the satisfaction r , the c , .questioners and the audience. Mr. John Sinclair, of Sunnyside, proposed a vote of tnanks and confidence in Mr. Massey, and said that he had heard many political speeches, but not one that pleased him more than this— being free from personalities, lull or information and sense, in fact just what the electors wanted. Mr. William Lee seconded the motion, and it was carried, there being only one dissentieut. Mr. Massey proposed a vote of thanks to the chairman, which was carried by acclamation, and one of the most successtul political meetings ever held in Kaukapakapa came to an cad.-- Correspondent.]
