The body of Akuhata Tupaea is to be removed to Whareroa to-night, when the Trill take precedence of the great meeting that was to have been held. Native? from all parts are coming into town, but it will be a few dayS before the real ceremony begins. The event is one ♦hat will not "be equalled for impresr '.veness tad solemnity for years to come, and to observers of native customs and habits there will be such an exhibition of old-time Maori customs and usages that can never be seen again.
