[BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Sunday. Thk Chief Justice and the Registrar of the Supreme Court have been served with notices nob to hand over tho £200 deposited as security in the Stout Petition case, bo anyone but tho petitioners. One of the petitioners filed an affidavit sometime ago, stating that he had not put up security nor authorised anyone to do so, ana the present notice is supposed to be done with the view of ascertaining the names of those who lodged the money.
