ACTION OF THE AMERICAN CABINET,
Press Association.— Telegraph.—
St. Petersburg, December 27. Money is being supplied to Russian Jews, to enable them to emigrate to America, but Mr. Gresham, Secretary of State for the United States, has informed the Russian Government that admission into that country will be refused to this class of emigrants.
