London, December 25. Mr. J. H. Hogan, M.P., in an article in the Westminster Review, says that the Huddart-Parker scheme has powerfully impressed politicians and traders on both sides that an Imperial subsidy to the Vancouver mail service will help to federalise the British postal service.
