FATALLY INJURED IN A DRUNKEN BRAWL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. The dying depositions of a man named Caughlin, who was injured in a drunken brawl on Saturday night, were taken at the hospital yesterday. He was in the company of a man named Miller, who is in custody on a charge of having committed the assault, bub did not know how he came to be hurt. He has sustained very serious injuries to the spine, and there is little chance of his recovery.
