THE COAL STRIKE.
SERIOUS RIOTING. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.— London, October 19. Serious rioting was renewed at St. Helens. The police used their batons on the mob freely. Scores were injured. A sharp collision between the police and strikers has occurred at Haydoek, in Lancashire. Several were injured on both sides.
