Hobaet, October 18. In the Legislative Assembly, the Premier, Mr. Dobson, stated that if the Legislative Council did not withdraw its amendments to the Land Tax Bill and allow the Government £20,000. or £30,000 to stop the colony from drifting into financial difficulties, a dissolution must take place.
