THE LATE MM. W. H. LEVIN'S WILL.

[by telegraph.—press ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. Probate has been granted of the will Of the late Mr. W. H. Levin. The deceased bequeaths to his wife a sum of £1000 for her own use to be paid oub of the firsb money which comes into the hands of hisexecutors ; to his aunts Mrs. Rose How, widow, Miss Sarah Levin spinster, and Mjss Miram Levin, spinster (all of London), he leaves to each the sum of £250; the rest of his real and personal property he leaves in the hands of the Hon George McLean, M.L.C., of Dunedin, Mr. Edward Pierce, merchant, Wellington, and Mr. G. Fitzgerald, of Blenheim, civil engineer, in trust. The sheep farming property at Bowlands is to be held in trust, ana on the eldest son attaining the age of 25 years it is to be offered to his two eldest sons at the amount of valuation, such amount to be charged against the shares of the sons in the capital of residuary estate. The sons will be allowed three months in which 'to accept the offer. If there is only one son surviving, or only one son desires to accept the estate the same rights and privileges are to be extended to that son. As to the share in the firm of Levin and Co., the trustees are directed to receive interest moneys payable and invest them. The ' trustees are also empowered to leave in the hands of continuing partners in the business a sum nob exceeding £1500; the Grey and Panamastreet premises are to be let to continuous partners if required. The remainder of the estate is directed to be sold 'as soon as convenient to the trustees, and the proceeds invested. Out of the income received from all sources they are to pay to Mrs. Levin, so long as she remains a widow, an annuity of £3000. If she should marry again, then from the date of marriage she is to receive an annuity of £500 outof the surplus income. The trustees are to pay to Mrs. fanny Fitzgerald, widow of the deceased's brother-in-law, an annual sura of £100, so long as she continues a widow. After the death or

second marriage of Mrs. Levin the trusteed are directed to set apart a sum of £2000 for Huch Levin, nephew of the deceased, to be paid to him when he reaches 21 years of age. the residuary capital of the estate is to be equally divided among the children, m the event of none of the children reaching 21. After the death of the testator's widow the whole of the capital of the trust estate is to be applied to Hugh Levin, nephew, and deceased's sister, Mrs. George Boetham.
