London, September 15. Mr. Fowler, replying to a question in Parliament respecting the unemployed, said the Government had no money to devote to their relief. They were, however, cognisant of the terrible nature of the problem, and were considering » scheme for the cultivation of waste lands, which they hoped would afford some relief.
