London, September 12. It has been suggested that Peers formerly Governors of colonies should affiliate with the Colonial party, and it is stated that Lords Carrington, Jersey, and Onslow are willing to do so.
Sir M. Fraser suggests that it is desirable to give Agents-General a seat in the House of Commons.
