IMPORTANT DKCISION.
[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. The New Zealand Electrical Syndicate have received a cablegram from London stating that the select committee appointed by the House of Lords and the House of Commons to inquire into the dispute between the telephones and tramways re the use of the earth as a return circuit has decided in favour of the tramways.
