ACTION AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT.
[BY TELEGRAI'II.—PRESS ASSOCIATION*.] Wellisotov, Wednesday. Mr. H. E. Crofts, formerly of tho Sumner Institute for Deaf Mutes, has instructed Mr. Jellicoe to issue a writ against the Government for recovery of a sum of money which he alleges to be due to him under tho Civil Service Act for loss of office. The case will be dealt with by the Supreme Court at its next sitting.
