A yellow book issued by the French Government shows a number of arrogant despatches from the French Government to England respecting Lord Cromer's treatment of Abbas Pasha in Egypt, and of the alarm experienced in France at the increase of the British Army in Cairo. The despatches show Mr. Gladstone's attitude to have been firm throughout.
