The Auckland Racing Club's Winter programme will require attention to-night from horse-owners, as nominations close for the two principal events— the Grand National Hurdle Race and Grand National Steeplechase. Nominations for all handicaps to be run at the Takapuna Jockey Club's Winter Meeting are due to-night.
Meetings of Ara Lodge and St. Andrew's Lodge take place to-night at Freemasons' Half.
