[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.} Wellington, Wednesday. The annual report of the Patent Slip Company atatos that tho number of vessels using tho slip has increased. A further sum of £1000 has been written off tho property and plant account, which has now been reduced to £'23,000. As the Government subsidy caasos at tho end of the current year, it will be the duty of tho directors to call a special meeting later on to determine what courso shall be pursued after that dates. A dividend of 5 per cent, free of income tax is recommended.
