[BY TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Wednesday. It is stated hero that Mr. W. L. Rees proposos to address a public meeting in Auckland at which he will give a history of the "memorandum" containing the charges against the Native Minister. As the whole of these charges are to be inquired into by a Court at law, it is thought a somewhat risky thing to open the case in anticipation of the judicial inquiry, especially as the wrib has been already issued and served.
