COLONIAL LOANS.
Press Association.— Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. London, April 17. Sir Julius Vogel, Messrs. Glyn, Mills, Currie and Co., and Messrs. Woolson and Beeton, stock brokers, who have examined the position of colonial city and harbour loans, advised the passing of an Imperial Act confirming Colonial Stock Acts, meanwhile the corporations to enhance the value of the loans by issuing in London registered stock and commuting stamp duty.
