Drunkenness. — Henry Barstow, for being an habitual drunkard, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour. Illegally ox the Premises.Arthur Samuel Crawford was charged with being found by night without lawful excuse on March 24, in unenclosed premises in Parlia-ment-street, Auckland, the property of F. L. Prime and another. Accused pleaded guilty to tho charge. Sergeant Gamble said tho accused had been discovered sleeping with a piece of carpet over him under the building known as the old Maori Church, at the back of tho Supreme Court. Accused was sentenced to two months', imprisonment.
