[BY TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Wednesday. MINISTERIAL MOVEMENTS. The Hon. Mr. McKenzie is not expected in Wellington before the middle of the month. The Hou. Mr. Sodtlon is expected here in nbout a week. The Hon. Sir Patrick Buckley has gone to Napier with Sir Charles and Lady Lilley. The only Ministers in town are the Premier and the Minister of Labour. CABINKT COUNCIL. It is understood thab a full meeting of the Cabinet will be held about the 16th instant. THK SIIKKP ACT. I am informed that the colony will bo declared free of scab in the next issue of the Gazette, upon which New Zealand sheep will bo allowed to land in all parts of the other colonies.
