It is simply what it claims to be—the extract of a New Zealand plant possessing wonderful healing properties. it ANALYTICAL REPORT. As a guarantee to the. pubiic we have submitted our Preparations to the highest anal> tical authority in the colony, whose report we subjoin: University Laboratory, Dunedin, September 18,1891. I have carefully examined " Rongoa," and find it to be composed of antiseptic substances. It does not contain any corrosive or poisonous materials. From the nature of its ingredients, I consider it a valuable healing application. James Q. Black. SOME PROPERTIES . OF BONGOA. 1. It is powerfully antiseptic. 2. It po ses&es wonderful sedative powers. 3. It is an astringent. 4. It is a nerve stimulant. 6. It is an absorbent. 6. It is free from poisonous substances. 7. It cannot possibly.become injurious. 8. It does not close a wound while any impurities remain. 9. It will retain its healing properties for an indefinite time. 10. It is free from the unpleasant odour tbat lenders many antiseptic preparations objectionable. RONGOA gives immediate relief, and its healing properties are srt great that it effects a speedy cure. Th"S. in addition to its other merits, and wholly irrespective of them, Rongoa is the CHEAPEST CURE of its kind yet brought under the notice of the public. ItONGOA is prep ired both as an Ointment and as a Lotion. The Ointment contains no nnlmal fat, and therefore does not become rancid, this alone rendering it, superior to other prepa ations n which lard and like substances are, on the score of cheapness, largely used.
