THE KANAKA LABOUR TRAFFIC.

Brisbane, November 23. , Since the Pacific Labourers' Act came into force, seven recruiting vessels have been despatched to the Islands, of which four have returned with 100 islanders. The regulations concerning the traffic are stringently enforced, and are giving great satisfaction.
