London, November 17. The Daily Chronicle asserts that "jobbers" are bearing the West Australian stock, hoping to enforce a cheaper new issue. The Daily News, on the other hand, quotes the loan at a slight premium, and declares that the floating is sure of success. Later. The prospects of the West Australian loan are now considered dubious, owing to the dispute with the Midland Railway Company, and the Brokers' Syndicate will wait for a settlement before subscribing.
