Press Association.— Telegraph.—Copyright. Belgrade, November 3. Cholera has made its appearance in Servia. Paris, November 3. The Premier has ordered a clean bill of health to be given all vessels clearing from Marseilles. Vienna, November 4. The city is officially declared free of cholera. Berlin, November 4. ' A fresh case of cholera is reported in Hamburg. Melbourne, November 4. Considerable uneasiness has been caused by the report that a vessel, with cholera on board, had arrived in harbour. The Health Officer, on boarding the Messageries Maritiraes s.s. Armana Behic, discovered that although the vessel was granted a clean bill at Adelaide, mild cases of cholerine had occurred after leaving Marseilles. One patient was landed at Aden, and two others who. were attacked recovered. The vessel will be quarantined for ten days.
