LIVINGSTONE.—On October 17, at Gloucester House, Parnell, Auckland, Margaret Sinclair, the dearlv-beloved wife of Malcolm H. Livingstone (Chief Officer s.s. Pukaki) and only daughter of S. McDonald, Great King-street, Dunediu, aged 27 years. Deeply regretted. To be interred at Duncdin. MADIGAN.—On Sunday, October 16, at Cambridge, Ernest Leslie, third son of W. F. and M. Madigan, aged 7 years and 8 mouths, after a long Mid painful illness. NAYSMITIL—On October IS, ISO2, at her son-ill. law's (John Scott) residence, Summer-street, Pon•oaby, Mary, the relict of the late Henry Nay-unith, passenger by Duchess of Argyle; aged TS years. The funeral will leave the above address to-day (Wednesday), at 4 p.m., for Symonds-street Cemetery. Friends please accept this intimation.
