POLICE COURT.— [Before Mr. George Kent, J.P.] Drunkenness.—One man, a first offender, was fined 5s and costs, or in default twenty-four hours' hard labour. Another first offender, who did not appear, was fined £1. Alleged Theft of Money.— Follas, alias Henry Follas Enery, was charged with having, on the 16th October, feloniously stolen from the Rob Roy Hotel, Freeman's Bay, the sum of £24 in money, and one pair of black kid gloves, valued at 3s 6d, the property of William Regan. On the application of Sergeant Gamble the case was adjourned until Wednesday.
