[BY TKLKGRAPH.—OWN CORRKSPONDKNT.] Wellington, Monday. HKALTH OP THK PRKMIKR. The state of the Premier's health is, I learn, very much improved. He has managed to attend his office in Government I Buildings during the inclement weather I which has prevailed for the last few days, and still continues. He will probably not leave before Friday for his home at Wan* ganui. MINISTERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS. The portraits of Ministers have been taken by Messrs. Wriggles worth and Binns in a group, which will shortly adorn the walls of the Parliament and Government Buildings. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE. 1 am informed that the principal officers in this department (the dairy and fruit i experts, the stock inspector, rangers, and I others) have received instructions to put ; themselves in communication with the secretaries of agricultural, horticultural, and dairying associations with a view to the speedy dissemination of all news important to these societies throughout the colony. '
