A BUGGY UPSET IN A RIVER.
A CHILD DROWNED. [by telegraph.— press association.! . Napier, Tuesday. By the upsetting of a buggy in the Tutaefcuri river two ladies, two children, and a man were precipitated into the river, which was in flood. The accident was seen, and by the aid of a canoe all except a child named Flossie Alexander were rescued.
