Dunedin, Thursday. Wm. Royse, an old identity, died yesterday, aged 54. As a member of the farm of Royse, Mudie, and Co., he was connected with establishing direct steam communication with Melbourne, and was arent for the Aldinga and Omeo. He was in business on the West Coast for some time, and afterwards resided for some time at Wyndham, Southland, The Harbour Board revenue for the month shows an increase of £535 over the corresponding month last year, while the expenditure shows a decrease of £1011.
