That it only requires proper care and attention to place our apples on the home market in a condition to command a good price is evidenced by the advice received from England of the arrival of some 17 cases sent from his own farm at ftewstead to Mr. Henry Reynolds. The apples were packed by ' Captain Pitt. They were all of one size, carefully wrapped in paper, and any one with a blemish was rejected. On being opened at home a few rotten ones were found, but, as a whole, the consignment arrived in fine condition. . _ Mr. Wai worth, who hastnvenup the Temperance Hotel property here, has purchased the farm in Scotchman's Valley, recently occupied by Mr. Bridgman, better known as Tillotson's farm. ;.
