Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Sofia, April 1. M. Ivanoff, formerly Chief of Police in Sofia, and M. Brucheff, a Bulgarian officer, have, on condition that the decree of their expulsion from the country is canoelled, revealed the details of the Society which arranged the murders of M. Bel tc he IT, Minister of Finance (shot while leaving a confectioner's shop in March, 1891), and Dr. Yulkovitch, Bulgarian Diplomatic Agent, in Constantinople (stabbed in the street a month ago), ancl the attempted murder of Prince Ferdinand and M. Stainbouloff (Premier).
